As a steward of public and philanthropic funds, the Foundation holds its board and staff to a clear conflict-of-interest standard.
The Foundation maintains a formal conflict-of-interest policy applicable to its trustees and staff. The policy requires disclosure of interests that could conflict with the Foundation's mission and provides procedures to manage or avoid such conflicts — protecting the integrity of every funding decision.
